This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipping and returning of products purchased from our online store. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to this policy.

We provide worldwide shipping for all our products. For orders over £350 we provide free shipping.

Shipping

Shipping Costs:

• Free delivery within China

• Orders outside of China are charged at a flat rate depending of on the destination country: £16 - £65. Note that this may vary due to our shipping companies seasonal fee changes. We will try our best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

For urgent delivery requests please contact us at mail@choisi-studio.com and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements. Note that extra shipping costs may be incurred, this will be agreed with you before anything is sent out.

Processing Times:

• Orders are processed within 7-10 business working days.

• For pre-order or out-of-stock items will have different lead up times and different production schedules based on availability of materials. In general they will be processed in 2-3 weeks. We will try our very best to process these orders as fast as we can. Please check the specific product page for estimated delivery times.

• Transit times will vary depending on the country of destination and shipping companies. Transit times are not included in the order processing times.

Tracking Orders:

• All shipped orders will be receive an email with tracking information for you to monitor the status of your order delivery.

VAT/Taxes and Customs Duty

• EU customers please note that as of July 1st 2024 all parcels will now incur VAT and customs duty fees specific to each EU country destination.

• VAT/Taxes and Customs Duty fees are not included in the pricing of items. VAT/Taxes and Customs Duty fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. They will vary by each country, please check with your local VAT/Tax and Customs Duty offices for the exact fees.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Products are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund or an exchange.

• Products must be in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

• Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Candle Holders

  • Candles

  • Table Top Lamps

  • Custom-made products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Discounted items

Return Methods and Shipping Returns:

• To initiate a return, you can contact us at mail@choisi-studio.com with your order number and reasons for returning of the goods. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the returned item was incorrectly sent or defective then CHOISI will bear the returning shipping costs.

• We recommend using DHL or FedEx for returns to ensure a smooth process.

Refunds:

• Once we have received the returned items and have inspected them you will be notified by email.

• If the return is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method.
